What fabrics do you offer?

We have carefully curated a selection of natural fibre fabrics that are perfect for signage. They are selected with drape, weave, texture, shininess and opacity in mind. Our most popular fabrics are linen rayon, bemberg and silk. 

Do you offer hemming, eyelets and rod pockets?

Yes, we can stitch a rod pocket at the top for hanging or hammer in some eyelets. Most customers prefer a raw edge for their sigs but we can hem the sides for a more polished look.

What size are your signs?

We print on rolls of fabric, allowing us to print as long and as wide as you need. Our online shop offers "standard' sizes but these can be altered to your preference. A roll of fabric is usually 135 - 150cm wide.

Can you print on extra wide fabric?

We can print on extra wide fabric if we can source it. It involves a different method of printing but yields excellent results.

Do you print on bridal bouquet ribbons?

Yes, we can print bouquet ribbons and we will source the ribbon width and colour of your choice.

Do you offer a design service?

Yes, we do offer a design service and we offer templates on canva that you can customise yourself.

What is the turn around time?

Usually our turn around time is 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year. We can offer a 24-48 hour turn around if necessary.

What files do you accept?

We prefer pdf files that are to scale - meaning they are sized according to the exact size of the sign, including empty/white space. Please do not include crop/bleed marks in the file. We have our own system for marking sign edges.

Do you offer other products other than signage?

Absolutely, we print a lot of different products like cake table cloths, photo moments and backdrops, table runners and table numbers, chair backs, curtains, silk robes, even full bridal gowns!

Do you have a shop or pick up address?

Unfortunately our studio is not equipped to welcome customers to pick up orders at this time. We can send urgent orders in an Uber or via an express courier service such as DHL which offers next day delivery. We also use Australia Post for non urgent orders.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of custom printing, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If we have royally messed up your order somehow ( never happened before but worth mentioning for your peace of mind) we will absolutely rectify the issue as quickly as possible or offer a full refund.
